You may not have heard of elder law before and you may not think it is something you would need. But before you make that decision, that a recent report from Genworth found that seven out of ten people will end up needing long term care services in their life time. In addition, as pointed out in a recent article from the Sentinel, “Elder Care: May is Elder Law Month”, the majority of the cost for this long term care will not be covered by insurance.
